Lost library material	Cost of item + $5.00 service charge
Book Requests within the San Joaquin Valley Library System	$0.50 per request payable at time of receipt
Book Requests for items not available in the San Joaquin Valley Library System	$5.00 payable at time of request - no guarantee of receipt
Video/DVD Rentals	$1.00 per video/DVD per week
Rental Books (special new titles and bestsellers)	$1.00 per title per week
Books-on-Tape Rental Fees	$2.00 per title per week
Replacing a lost library card	$2.00
Use of the Hanford Branch library meeting room	$30 per 1/2 day
Asking library staff to monitor tests	$10.00
Out of county obituary lookup and photocopy requests	$10.00 per request
Photocopies	$0.15 per page
Making copies from all microforms on library reader printers	$1.00 per page
Laser Printer copies	$0.15 per page
Computer Diskette, single-system-use, formatted, blank	$1.00 per diskette
