San Joaquin Valley Library System
The Kings County Library is a member of the San Joaquin Valley Library System, a cooperative network of nine public library jurisdictions located in six counties of California's Central Valley. The member libraries share resources, an online catalog, and other services designed to enhance public library service in the region.
Infopeople
The Kings County Library participates in the Infopeople Project of the California State Library. Infopeople is supported by a Federal Library Service and Tecnology Act grant administered by the State Librarian. We would encourage you to fill out the Infopeople evaluation form.
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
The U.S. Library Program of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation works in partnership with public libraries to provide access to computers, the Internet and digital information for patrons in low-income communities in the United States. The Kings County Library became a participant in this program in the spring of 2000.
